Payment Terms
We require 24-hour advance notice if you need to cancel your appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or do not show up your deposit will be forfeited. This deposit will go towards the total cost of your permanent jewelry purchase.
Please email us at [email protected] ahead of time if there is a particular chain that you would like so we can make sure to have it in stock as sometimes our inventory changes.
